2020 has been quite the whirlwind, but we are super grateful for our team for all their hard work and dedication. Throughout the year, Jon and Mike have given their tips on how to be productive working from home. Among those tips, they highly suggested over-communication! Not only will it allow high production, but it keeps the work culture alive.
On the topic of work culture and to thank our team for their incredible work this year, we wanted to set up our annual holiday party, but this time, keeping COVID and shelter-in-place protocols in mind. So, we got help from our Social Media team, and they set up a fun virtual/remote escape room! Of course, we always prefer hanging out with everyone in person for the holidays, but a remote escape room was the perfect replacement. Through this vlog, we wanted to give you a small glimpse at our work culture here and show you can still have fun with your team even remotely!
